Principles & Issues Paper Consultation
The Regional Strategy for the Northwest (RS2010) provides a unique opportunity to bring together its spatial, economic, social and environmental strategies and build a new long term vision for the region.
The goal is to produce an agreed strategy for the region. The region needs to have a clear and distinctive vision for its future and identify a limited number of priorities.
A key element in the development of the RS2010 is the production of a Principles and Issues Paper.

Can renewable heat and power be imported from off the development site?
Can energy be saved in nearby dwellings in lieu of savings in the new buildings?
